Expert in Risk Policy, Dr. Houssou is a former Regional Director of SE Florida Association of Licensed Investigators.
Dr. Jacques Houssou is an IBM Alumni and seasoned professional with a Master of Business Administration degree, strong international credentials, background in consulting activities with foreign firms, and experience in managing IT organizations.
